• Prepare items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines.
• Reduced food costs percent by using seasonal ingredients, setting standards for portion size and minimizing waste.
• Verified proper portion sizes and consistently attained high food quality standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment after use.
• 3-5 years experience as chapati and paratha maker preferred.
• Basic english communication skills.
• Catering experience preferred.
